Happy to report I pushed a fix to Apple several hours ago so it will be released as soon as they approve it. 👍🏻 No need to wait for that, though, just restoring your purchases should get you back up and running. Richard Wilson Thanks for confirming that worked on your iPhone! The Mac app is literally (right now) the exact same as the iPhone and iPad apps, so it would work in the exact same way: tap on settings, tap on "Manage Subscription" and then tap on "Restore Purchases".
That said, if you had already restored your purchases on your Mac to get the subscription installed in the first place, then you can now update to version 4.1.4 which Apple reviewed, approved and released earlier and the app should acknowledge your subscription automatically. If you hadn't already restored your purchase previously, then just follow the restore purchase instructions above and let me know how ti goes. Thanks!

Hello Richard Wilson and thanks for reaching out about this. I'm super sorry to hear that his happened after your free trial and that's definitely not the kind of experience I want you to have. 😭
In cases like this, I can provide the best support if you email me directly from the app (Setting -> Email Derek). Otherwise, I don't get notified right away of posts to the roadmap here except for a daily notification email. I'm sorry for the delay in responding to you due to this delay.
The quickest way to get you and anyone else impacted by this issue back up and running is simply to restore your purchases by:
- Open the Beat Note app
- Tap on the Settings tab and select "Manage Subscription"
- Tap on "Restore Purchases"

I will begin working on an app update to automate this for others, but this will take me some time to complete as it is much more involved. I'll update progress on this issue for you and anyone else who wishes to follow along.
