Play a beat from where I click

When playing a beat, I want to be able to click on any measure and any part of a measure and make it play from there. There is a "Play from here" option but it stops the flow of the beat and works only per measure.
As when I listen to a song and click on the middle of the track, I want to click wherever I want and make it play from here.

The "Play From Here" function was created to satisfy this need. It sounds like it might not be working correctly for you. Can you please tell me more about how you are trying to use this?
Long pressing on any measure and selecting "Play From Here" should play from that selected measure until the end of the beat. What do you mean by "stops the flow of the beat and works only per measure"?

Hi Derek Lee, I would also like to be able to play the track from any selected bar, playing through until the end of the song, or possibly repeat multiple bars on loop.
Running the app through my IPad, I have tried long pressing on any measure while both editing and in playback mode. The “play from here” option does not come up.

It sounds like you’ve encountered a bug. Can you please send me an email from within the app? This will include your device info so I can research if this might be related to your device. Thanks for your help! Best, Derek

Martin LAMB DRUMS I just wanted to follow up with you on this request. Please see the attached screenshot which shows the current "play from here" functionality. If you are not able to see or access this, please send me an email from within the Beat Note app (Settings > Email Derek) with your device information so I can look into this for you.
FYI LAMB DRUMS this feature is currently only available on the practice (playback) screen. I've created a feature request to add this functionality to the edit beat screen which you can vote on here: https://roadmap.beat-note.app/feature-requests/p/add-play-from-here-functionality-to-the-edit-beat-screen
