Hi Stephan James! I just released an update to improve the click track feature in Beat Note and I have another update planned per your request.
I plan to add another option to the count-in to allow you to choose whether the count-in plays "First Time Only" or "Repeat Every Time".

still trying to work out where this is trying to access from working on my icloud to allow files to be loaded here. yes that is the update. i did find it useful at faster tempos say using sprints to do say 12 measures and a rest of 2 counts back in start again, but also the timmer doesnt stop, so a minute of sprints just carrys on and just restarts the measure so the timmer is really redundant.

Hi Stephan! Thanks for the bug report. Could you please share some more information? Which screen are you on? How long is the beat? What part is looping?
When on the practice beat screen, the beat will continue to loop back to the beginning when it reaches the end.
If on the practice measure or edit measure screen, the measure will continue to loop back to the beginning of the measure.
That said, I am in the process of making some improvements to this area of the app, so it's possible I broke something in there. From what I've tested, I haven't found anything yet, so please share some more information - or ideally - a video showing what you're seeing would be super helpful! Thank you!

Derek Lee:hi mate if I create a 2 measure beat when I play it it just loops over and over. Thought it could be me but when I did a clip last week it got to the end of the measure counted me back in and yes it starts again but this not happening now also timer doesn’t stop the measure. Have uploaded a clip. Unsure if it has got to you let me know. Cheers.

Stephan James: Thanks for the additional info, Stephan! I haven't received any files from you yet. Not sure if you can upload it here or not. If not, please send me an email with it or a link to it (from Beat Note -> Settings tab -> Email Derek).
I did make a change, which you might be referring to. From the change log:
"When playing back a beat using the click track count-in feature, the count-in is only played the first time. When the beat loops, the count-in will not be played again. What do you think about this improvement? Let me know if having the count-in play every time is a feature you'd like the ability to configure."
I received feedback from some users that they didn't want the count-in to repeat each time through the loop, so I made this change and asked for feedback. It sounds like you like having the count-in each time it loops through. In this case, I think it might be helpful to add the ability to choose which option you want (first time only, or during every repeat).
