Added a monthly subscription option back into the app, based on user feedback. Special thanks to Cam, Alec, Joel, and others for requesting this! You can now view pricing in your local currency, compare annual vs. monthly, and see the savings (e.g., 3 months free with an annual plan).

BUG FIXES

Fixed a bug on macOS where subscriptions were not recognized. (Thanks, Mark!)
