IMPROVEMENTS

Improved navigation bar title contrast when rearranging measures for better visibility

BUG FIXES

Fixed an issue where the navigation bar background color did not return to normal after rearranging measures
Fixed a layout issue on older iPad models where the bottom row of measures could appear slightly cut off in the edit screen
