Add the ability to set a default tempo for all new beats that are created

Currently, when creating a beat, the default tempo is 90 bpm.

I'd like to be able to set the default tempo in the Beat Note settings so that I can choose what the default tempo is for all newly created beats.

Thanks for this request, mark solon! I've changed this from an "ask a question" to a feature request, and rephrased the title and details to be more descriptive.

Mark's original request: "Is there a way to change the defacto tempo from 90 to something else? When I'm learning beats it's almost always slower and have to manually change it each time. Thanks!"
