As a beginner, I'd like to be able to see a notation legend to understand what note aligns with which instrument

It may be helpful to see a music legend, or at least to be able to display a music legend or reference a music legend, from within the app for drummers who are new to reading music and may be unsure which note head and staff position maps to which instrument.
This may also be a useful feature to include on exported PDFs. Maybe the user can choose whether to include a music legend or not, and if so, which kind? A smaller, more abbreviated one, or a larger, more descriptive one?
Please see the attached image which shows an example of two different styles of music legend.

Honestly this can be a massive waste of space and redundant to look at on every piece of music. A better idea would be to have this notation key map baked into the settings screen as a tab for anytime reference. This way it’s permanently static without being stamped on each and every individual file.

Jesse Rolland: Absolutely agree with you on this! Yes, if added, it would be an option to view or an option to add to the exported PDF.
Some users have asked to be able to add this in two locations: accessible within the app and as an option to include in exported PDFs.
As you suggest, this should be optional, not displayed on every piece of music. 👍🏻
