It would be nice to have different colored dots for each individual voice of the drums, because sometimes when composing it’s difficult to know instantly which line is which.

Can you (and other voters) please help me understand the reason why you want to have colored notation? When would you use colored notation? When would you use colored notation as compared to standard notation?

Derek Lee Hi Derek, Yes I would find it a valuable tool in teaching young students to identify notes/sound sources through the addition of colour. Helping in improving reading ability. As a visual learner the use of colour is helpful as it distinguishes the notes rather than all black.
