The music notation image you posted is already possible with Beat Note. Screenshots 1 and 2 attached, using the 16th note subdivision for all beats, and the "Split Hands/Feet" voicing.

Or, if you are referring to a second kick drum, that is also possible by adding the "Kick #2" instrument. Screenshots 3 and 4 attached of adding the second kick.
