whenever i'm using septuplets, the notation has every septuplets rest as an individual rest instead of grouping longer pauses together, which makes the notation look incredibly messy and clunky in a way that seems like it probably wasn't intentional. if i could figure out a way to post images here i'd post an example, but until then this is the best i can do.
