Subscription pending and no email account found to reach support

Hi Derek, i bought the one year subscription but an error occured after may payment because my account could not be confirmed. I cannot send an email neither to ask for support as the app does not find my email account. What can I do to get full acces to the app? Thanks and best regards Stefanie Jung

In most cases, this can be solved by first force-closing the app on your device and then restoring your purchases. Force-closing the app involves bringing up the app switcher on your iPhone or iPad and swiping the app off the top of the screen.

Next, restore your subscription:
- Open Beat Note
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on Manage Subscription
- Tap on "Subscribe Now"
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen
- Tap on "Restore Purchases" (see attached screenshot for where this is)

Steffi Jung I just wanted to follow up with you on this issue as I rediscovered it and see that it's still open.
Since your request, additional improvements to how subscription statuses are updated have been made in Beat Note to automate this aspect of the app so you don't have to worry about it. I expect this issue has been resolved for you, but if it hasn't, please do let me know.
Additionally, I'm still interested to learn what you use for email so I can improve the app to find your email account in the future.
